It’s best to check your business account’s Instagram or Facebook analytics to see when your posts get the most engagement. Remember, though, that there is no surefire way to get the maximum amount of impressions. Social media accounts are forever at the mercy of the algorithm, especially smaller accounts and businesses.
If you notice in your analytics that a certain time of day is significantly better than others, it’s perfectly fine to post at a certain time! Just know that the algorithm’s favor may shift to a different time eventually.
